I would attempt this, but I can't even do 1. And I don't want to fall on my face after a millisecond.

I like your courage, use a pillow in front of your face and use your knees on the floor
    An example for the women

I had a trial run and managed to do 1:58, so I'm going to video myself going for over two minutes either later on today; or tomorrow.

Not right now. I've been moving stuff in the house all day today so my arms need a rest. I will do it though, promise.

It's actually really hard. The strain on your arms whilst holding the position close to the ground requires a lot of combined core/arm strength.

I'll keep trying, but it'll take quite some time before I get to the point of completing the track.

Which martial art did you practice? I pursued kick-boxing for several years, it had me in a much better shape than I am now; that's for sure.

I'd like to take up MMA after regaining the physique I'm currently working towards, but we shall see.

Dont reckon anyone will be able to do it till the first few times.

Hope im proved wrong though, its some feat!

Also, try sqautting it. Not too hard if your lower body is good, managed to complete it myself first time with pretty consistent form, some burn though.

Could actually do that, have people posting videos of their progress and everyone who wants to get a bit stronger/fitter/skinnier joins in and we can all motivate each other.

    Im game

I think I'm going to continue trying this for a few weeks/months. It's actually quite a nice little addition to a workout, and I'd love to (at some point) complete it.
